We stayed 3 nights (Thurs-Sat) and paid extra to stay in the Spa Tower King. They had no valet service or any carts to carry our luggage so 2 trips back and forth to parking lot both coming and going.
We were returning guests from years ago and was excited to be back at this hotel.
